Brentwood Hospital believes that all patients and their families should have a comprehensive understanding of what their rights and privileges are. Our Patient Advocate helps with this education, connecting patients and families to resources and helping them to understand their patient rights as they seek treatment. She provides a point of contact at the hospital, and a friendly voice that patients and their families can count on.
Our Patient Advocate contacts each patient within 24 hours of admission. The advocate works closely with patients and their families upon arrival and stays connected with them until discharge. She collaborate with all departments at Brentwood Hospital to ensure that any questions or concerns about treatment are quickly addressed and resolved. They’re available every day to meet the needs of our patients and their support systems.
