Our Patient Advocate works closely with patients and their families from arrival until discharge. Each patient is contacted by our Patient Advocate within 24 hours of their admission. The Patient Advocate is available 7 days a week to meet the needs of our patients and their support systems. They collaborate with all of the departments at Brentwood Hospital, to ensure that any questions or concerns about treatment are quickly addressed and resolved. Our Patient Advocate connects patients to resources, and helps them to understand their Patient Rights. They provide a point of contact at the hospital, and a friendly voice that patients and their families can count on.
